Travel Trailer and Electric Bike Rentals

Please read these Policies and Conditions before you make a reservation. We do not sell, distribute or release any of the information provided in our reservations form.

• Housekeeping kits are available for a fee and may be requested when making a reservation. Each kit is for one individual and includes: linens, cookware, utensils, towels, blankets, etc.
• Insurance: Either a written rider or binder from the client's insurance company is required, or Collision Protection Coverage (CPC) can be purchased. The binder should include: comprehensive, collision and liability with acceptable deductibles; the VIN number of the RV, our company as an additional insured, covering you, on your policy, for your specific dates of contract rental.  We also offer additional liability insurance and medical/theft insurance for motorized rentals.
• Valid driver's license is required of all drivers and must be a minimum age of 25 years old.
• Advance reservations require reservation deposit ($500 for Motor Homes or $250 for Travel Trailers), which becomes your security deposit for your rental.
• A complete orientation tour is provided to acquaint you with the operation of the vehicle at "check out". Generally, the RV is equipped with: dining / sleeping accommodations, cabinets, closets, stored fresh water, kitchen, bathroom, sinks, shower, flush toilets, water and waste holding tanks, refrigerator / freezer, furnace, air conditioning, high intensity reading lights, microwave oven. Generators are available on travel trailers for an extra fee.
• Extra Equipment rentals available for extra charge: e.g. Lawn chairs, bike racks, folding cots, folding aluminum tables, folding coolers, folding canvas tables.
• The RV pick-up and drop off time must be prearranged. The time of day you pick up is the same time of day you will return.
• Full Payment is due when you pick up your RV. Charges that may be deducted from the security deposit are damage, loss of equipment, extra days, cleaning appliances, interior cleaning, upholstery cleaning, smoking.
• All units are NON-SMOKING - Subject to a $250 fine.
• To avoid additional charges, the RV should be returned in the same condition as received.
• A set-up fee is always applicable.
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and are subject to a minimum loss of your deposit fee.  All payments collected may be non-refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of departure.
